IHOP: Free Scary Face Pancake for Kids Oct. 29

Mark your calendars for Oct, 29. I just heard on TV that any kid 12 and under can get a FREE Scary Face Pancake at IHOP's on Friday, Oct. 29. The kids will get to decorate the pancake themselves. Sounds fun!
