Click on the flashing banner at the top of the page. Enter your email address. Then click on the pair of pants. You will instantly be told whether or not you are a winner. You can enter once a day from now through Feb. 15. If you are a winner, they will send you an email with a unique promo code to be entered in for your free pants.
