Update: I went to my local Target today and they were still setting up the seasonal/Christmas area, which is where these toys will be, so I'll have to check back later and let you know what I find.
Update #2: My Target does have Mr. P in stock now and he is $5.99, making him .99! I was able to get 3 of these!
