Hutchinson Cosmosphere Free Fun Day - Sat. Feb. 12

Okay, I know I usually don't post the weekend free events until Friday, but I thought you might like to know about this one ahead of time unless you need to start making plans to go :-)

Saturday, Feb. 12
Hutchinson Cosmosphere Free Family Fun Day 10am-3pm "Kids will have a chance to make buttons and a command module. They can color, get temporary tattoos, make straw rockets and see science demos complete with explosions, or bounce in a Moonwalk. At 1 p.m. cartoonist Richard Crowson will speak and demonstrate cartooning techniques. That’s all free, no admission ticket required, with activities from 10-3 p.m.
The special exhibit, To the Moon: Snoopy Soars with NASA is included with your museum admission ticket."

The only thing that costs money is if you decide to attend Snacks with Snoopy which is $5 per child.

You also have to pay for museum admission if you want to see the exhibit itself. But the other activities, including the talk with the cartoonist, are free.
