Freebies for Veterans & Active Duty Military

I have updated the list of Veteran's Day freebies. On Thursday, Veteran's Day, there are some great freebies for veterans and active military personnel. 

Nov. 10

Several Bed and Breakfasts and Inns are offering FREE rooms on November 10th in observance of Veteran's Day on Nov. 11. A valid Military or VA ID will be required for each reservation. Call ahead, because at some locations only 1 room is available.

Green Lantern Car Wash  Free Car Wash for veterans of active duty military on Nov. 11. This offer is for ALL locations!

Outback Steakhouse Free Bloomin' Onion & non-alcoholic beverage for all veterans and active duty military.


Subway Free 6-inch sub for vets & active duty military. (Call ahead. Not all franchises are participating.)

Arby's Free Regular Roast Beef Sandwich for all vets and active duty military. Must be in uniform or show proper i.d.

 Nov. 15

Golden Corral 5-9pm Military Appreciation Monday Free "Thank You" Dinner for all veterans and all active duty military.
