16- Heartspring Fall Festival 1pm Free for kids of all ages. Includes pumpkin decorating, face painting, pumpkin bowling, photos with a scarecrow and more. At 3pm, there is a showing of “Casper the Ghost” for a $3 donation that includes popcorn and a drink.
