You should be able to purchase Spot Shot for about $4.99, so after you use all the coupons and mail in your rebate, you should only pay around $8.99 for the movie and the Spot Shot! I'll let you know if I hear of any other stores selling this on Tuesday.

You mail in the rebate form with your original receipt and UPC codes. I changed the rebate link so that it goes directly to the rebate form instead of the home page to make it less confusing. I hope this helps.
