How to Get FREE Magazine Subscriptions

Parenting, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Working Mother, Golf Digest, Good Housekeeping, Latina, Popular Science, Forbes, Business Week and Family Fun...

These are just a few of the FREE magazine subscriptions that I currently get! Now that I know how to get these subscriptions for free, I'd never dream of buying one again. Below, is a list of my favorite ways to get free magazines. There are some other companies that offer them, but you usually have to fill out long forms and then they try to get you to buy other stuff. Often times you don't even get the magazine. The two sites listed below are much simpler to use and you do get the magazines promised! I do suggest opening a separate email account just for getting regular mailings from businesses. I find that it's much easier to keep the business mailings in one email account and my personal letters in another.

Adperk (there are no offers currently available)- Adperk partners with different companies to send commercials directly to their target audience. Basically, with this site, you fill out a registration form and then you browse the list of magazines that are currently available. Once you choose the magazine that you'd like to receive, you will then watch commercials that vary in length from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. For each commercial you watch, you'll receive credits. Once you've reached the required number of credits for that particular magazine, they'll send you a year's subscription. Unfortunately, there are no offers currently available on this site. I will post them as soon as there are new ones.

Rewards Gold This is my favorite site for getting free magazines and it's the easiest. To begin, you do have to fill out a request form to join Rewards Gold. Once you've been accepted, they will send you emails with different magazines. When you find a magazine that you'd like to receive you'll just fill out a short survey and they'll send it. The more surveys/magazines you fill out, the more offers they'll send you!

GREEN TIP: When you are done with your magazines you can donate them to your local shelters, schools, gym or doctor's office. You can also use them to make collages, paper beads or other art projects.
